Returns & Exchanges
At Dinour Studio, we aim to ensure you feel confident in your purchase. If you need to request a return, please review the policy below.
Returns
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Free from stains, odours, makeup marks, alterations, or damage
- Returned in original packaging, where applicable
Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and approved following inspection, the refund will be processed according to the eligible refund method.
Refunds may be issued as:
- Store credit; or
- To the original payment method, where applicable
If a refund is issued to the original payment method, the time required for the funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Dinour Studio will arrange return shipment.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount
- If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, no return shipping charges will be deducted
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or incorrect order, please contact returns@dinourstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
If confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund
Exchanges
Dinour Studio does not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or item:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order separately (subject to availability)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made items
- Altered items
- Personalised items
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email returns@dinourstudio.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Item name
- Reason for return
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Dinour Studio reserves the right to decline a return if the item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. In such cases, the item may be returned to the customer.
