Processing times may be extended during collection launches, promotions, or peak periods.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched:

• UAE: 1–3 business days
• GCC: 2–6 business days
• International: 3–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, destination, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Any applicable shipping promotions will be reflected at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become visible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import charges determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Dinour Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
