These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dinour Studio website (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from Dinour Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.
1. Eligibility & Account Information
You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that all information provided (including delivery and contact details) is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Products, Descriptions & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, measurements, and pricing are accurate. However:
- Colors may vary due to lighting and screen settings
- Minor variations may occur due to production methods and fabric characteristics
- All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or updated at any time without notice
3. Prices, Currency & Taxes
Prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.
Applicable taxes, duties, or charges may be included or added at checkout depending on your location.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Dinour Studio.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Pricing or product information errors
- Stock unavailability
- Failure to pass verification checks
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with the payment provider’s timelines.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Dinour Studio does not store full payment card details.
By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total amount displayed at checkout.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees, delivery timelines, and dispatch terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
7. International Orders
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply. These are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care may be refused
Approved refunds will be issued in accordance with the terms stated in our Returns Policy and payment provider timelines.
9. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to specific conditions and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be combined
- Discount codes are not valid on previous purchases
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including designs, prints, product names, imagery, graphics, logos, and text — is owned by or licensed to Dinour Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
